Refunds and Returns

All part, replacement component, and service item sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

New accessories must be returned undamaged in original packaging for store credit only within seven calendar days of purchase. Used accessory sales are final.

All bike sales are final and covered under warranty for seven calendar days. No refunds will be issued and no returns will be accepted.

Cash refunds will only be issued on the same day of purchase, or for store credit.
